# OpsClara

OpsClara gives nursing-home operators and leaders the full power of Claude on their own PointClickCare data — without the setup nobody has time for. You don't learn a tool or write queries: you ask in plain English. The hard part is the setup; OpsClara does that part.

- **Ask anything** about your buildings in plain English — census, occupancy, discharges, payer mix, unsigned orders, length of stay, and more — answered from your own live PointClickCare data via Claude, in your own Claude or the OpsClara app.

- **A proactive agent** that watches your data and emails you what you'd want to know, flagging what's changing before you think to look — judgment, not a fixed report.
- **Plain-English automations** ("email me the discharges every morning").

## How it works
1. Connect the PointClickCare Data Relay you already have. Read-only — nothing changes in PointClickCare.
2. Your data lands in a private, isolated database that's yours alone, refreshed hourly.
3. Ask anything, or let your agent watch and report. Live in minutes — no IT project, no learning curve.

## Who it's for
Skilled-nursing operators and every level of the organization — administrators, directors of nursing (DON), MDS coordinators, CFOs, unit leads — each with an agent scoped to their role.

## Security and compliance
- Built for protected health information (PHI). HIPAA-aligned; a BAA with every operator.
- Read-only and audited — it never writes to or changes anything in PointClickCare.
- A separate, isolated database per operator; no operator can reach another's data.
- Resident names and other PHI are never sent in email — they stay behind a secure sign-in.
- Powered by Claude (Anthropic).
